Storyline-
For their jury day the class is given an assignment just 2 hrs before they face the jury. All the students have to present their stories that they had previously submitted in groups of two. However if someone has an individual story ready they can present individually too.
There is a new boy in class- Ishaan. He is not allotted to any group and for the assignment gets paired with the dumb girl- Aisha- unaware of her condition.
As the teacher is giving instructions about the jury day she creates breakout rooms (on zoom) for each group to discuss there ideas in next 2 hrs.
While in the breakout room Ishaan is asking Aisha to speak up and discuss the ideas properly however she keeps replying in the chat box. She sends the pdf containing points she is going to use to present to Ishaan and asks him to present with the help of it. Frustrated, Ishaan asks if she's going to continue to not speak and if not then he'll present individually. Aisha doesn't reply and Ishaan tells her he'll inform the teacher himself and leaves the meet.
For the next 1.5 hour Aisha keeps away her phone and practices her presentation while feeling sad about being a nuisance to everyone.
Ishaan calls the teacher to inform her about doing the assignment individually. This is when the teacher tells him about Aisha's condition and asks him to try and co-operate if he can. Ishaan regrets his actions and tries texting Aisha to tell her he'll work with her but as she kept her phone away she didn't notice.
Now it was time for the presentation. Aisha joins the meet and tries to explain the jury her story however she is not able to do it properly with sign language and she starts to feel defeated. Right then another window joins in the meet and Ishaan starts explaining the story with the help of the pointers sent by Aisha earlier. With each others help they present the story successfully and are named among one of the best stories.
