The characters in Tokyo Revengers are all physically strong. Mikey is tremendously revered and feared amongst a crowd of such terrible fighters. There are several possible explanations as to what makes him so strong.
Mikey, also known as Manjiro Sano, is the strongest character of the series. When he was the 1st Generation President of Tokyo Manji Gang in middle school, he was known as "Invincible Mikey." Mickey has always been undefeated in battle. However, as witnessed in the Three Deities Arc, his inhibitions have been reduced, and he has become far more cruel. There are a few different reasons as to why.

There are two things mikey gets his strength from- formal training and physical excellence. He began his martial arts training at his grandfather's Dojo when he was a child. His childhood friend,Baji and his grandfather have both described him as a natural prodigy. As a result his reflexes were refined over time. Mikey's height is below average, which some may consider a disadvantage. Mikey is noted for his speed and agility, and his short stature helps him achieve both. His body has developed core strength and balance as a result of his formal training, which is manifested in his superhuman leg strength. He has also improved his flexibility, allowing him to use his signature roundhouse kicks to reach taller opponents.
In the first several chapters, Mikey is not only physically strong, but also psychologically. When readers come across teenage Mikey for the first time, he has trained himself to be a pillar for everyone else and not to show his weaknesses to others. Of course, there were a couple of exceptions to this: Draken and Takemichi, for example.
However, as the series unfolds, it becomes evident that his mental strength and his sanity, is unstable because it is reliant on the existence of others like his childhood friend Baji, his late brother, his second in command Draken, his sister Emma and Takemichi.
Mikey has a dark side, with a tendency for giving in to his more violent impulses. As he grew older, this turned into a desire to entirely shut down once he became furious. This is evident by the behaviour Mickey showcased after the death of Baji. Mikey becomes increasingly ruthless as the series develops. This leads to the Kantou Manji arc, in which people fear not only his might, but also his unpredictable nature and lack of mercy.
Mickey is the most powerful character in Tokyo Revengers. He is also the series' most feared character, and thus one of the most lonely.
